REOI - Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

The Government of Grenada received financing from the Saudi Fund for Development toward the cost of the Climate Smart Infrastructure Projects (CSIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include the expertise of a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in accordance with the Loan Agreement and the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Works and Contracting for the Execution of Works and Consulting Services for Development Institutions members of The Coordination Group, to include among others:

1. Support the establishment of the Project during its initial stages specifically with respect to M&E matters

2. Ensure the project complies with the M&E requirements of both the Government and the Saudi Fund

3. Lead the development of the M&E components of the project
