REOI - Consultancy Services for Development and Implementation of an Employee Engagement Survey

The National Insurance Board (NIB) now wishes to procure consultancy services for the Development and Implementation of an Employee Engagement Survey.

The objectives of the consultancy are to design, administer, and analyze an employee engagement survey that will measure the current level of engagement at the NIB by identifying factors that have a direct impact on engagement levels and job satisfaction. The survey findings will be used to develop strategies to improve employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall organizational 3 effectiveness. The duration of the assignment is expected to be over a period of 22 weeks commencing October 2024.

NIB now invites interested eligible individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) indicating qualifications and experience required to provide these consultancy services.
